At Formé SKN, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products. If you experience an issue with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order.

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Products may only be returned if they are faulty, damaged, or defective.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return request, please email hello@formeskn.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions and the return address if applicable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review your claim and arrange an appropriate resolution.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide store credit for the value of the product.

In cases where the product is confirmed to be faulty, return shipping will be covered by us.

Return Shipping

For approved returns:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Approved returns will be issued as store credit for use on a future purchase at Formé SKN.

Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

We do not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.

Sale Items

Items purchased during promotions, discounts, or bundles are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Skincare Disclaimer

As with any skincare product, we recommend performing a patch test before full application.

Individual skin reactions can vary. While our products are formulated with carefully selected ingredients, Formé SKN cannot guarantee compatibility with every skin type.
